Refund and returns policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Grips, gift cards, downloadable products, and certain personal care items are non-refundable.
Please include proof of purchase in the return package. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Books with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Any return made more than 30 days after delivery

Defective or damaged items can be refunded or exchanged (depending on stock availability)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a size, please email us at contact@pole-factory.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, or credited to your Pole Factory wallet if preferred.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@pole-factory.com.

To request a return, please email us at contact@pole-factory.com and include:
Your name and order number
Whether you are requesting an exchange (with the desired item and size) or a refund
Once we’ve replied, simply send your product to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
